Article : Making your Lingerie
Last
Once you’ve bought some pretty lingerie, you
want to get the most from it..here we show you how…….
• Avoid wearing a bra two days in a row - wearing
one bra constantly puts the fabric under a lot of stress,
meaning it will rapidly stretch out of shape and loose
its fit. By giving it a breather, it will return to
its normal shape, and, ultimately, last you longer

• Bras do not need to be washed
after every wear, but, as discussed above, they do need
day of rest after wearing to return to its original
fit and to breathe. Wherever possible, handwash your
lingerie with a mild soda-based fabric wash. Normal
detergents have harsh chemicals that can damage the
fabric.
• If you don’t have the time or inclination
to handwash your smalls (and, let’s face it, most
of us don’t!) there are still ways you can maximise
the life of your lingerie. Always place them in a Mesh
Lingerie Wash Bag. This will stop them from being wrapped
around other clothing and getting pulled out of shape.
• Never use a dryer as the heat breaks down the
lycra, spandex and elastic, meaning you will find yourself
replacing your bras, etc more frequently.
