Choosing a Bra that fits
We’ve all been there, bought a gorgeous looking
bra only to find it doesn’t look right under your
clothes.
Here we give you some tips on choosing a bra that not
only looks great uncovered, but under your clothes too!
Read on…..

Bras for Tight Tops
Nothing looks worse than seeing the seams of your
bra under a tight top. Luckily, many lingerie fashions
are now made from body- clinging fabrics like microfibre,
spandex and lycra, meaning there aren’t so many
lumps and bumps!
If you are wearing a tight top – and this goes
for T–shirts too – then either choose a
lined seamless bra or a lightly padded seamless bra.
Both these seamless bras allow a round smooth look,
which means they should be invisible under tighter hugging
fabrics.
Bras for Sweaters
If you are wearing a bulky sweater, be careful you
don’t lose your bustline! It is easy to lose your
figure when you wear large sweaters, therefore you need
to create a distinguished bustline. Look for a bra style
that lifts and projects your breasts rather than a look
that flattens your breasts.
If you wearing knits, choose the same style bra as
you would for wearing under a tight top. Knits tend
to be more clingy and show every seam, line or wrinkle
of your undergarment or bra.
Bras for Low Cut Tops
Low-cut and plunging necklines look great with a nicely-supported
cleavage. If you are well endowed and you don’t
give your breasts the right support in a low cut top,
you could look like you have cows udders!
If you are small chested, you need to give your breasts
that extra va-va voom!
Whether you are flat chested or busty, in all cases,
aim for a bra that will give you a little extra lift
and cleavage. You also need to make sure your bra doesn’t
show. You could try a half-cup bra style or a push up
bra.
Bras for Backless Tops
It doesn’t matter if you are wearing a formal
backless gown or a casual open back top - finding a
bra that doesn’t show while offering support can
be difficult. However, there are bars specially made
for backless wear - longline strapless-backless bras
and convertible backless bras.
Which one you choose depends on whether you can wear
shoulder straps. You could also try an adhesive bra
that has underwire support.
